Cuts and strips wire, crimps terminals, and shears bolts, also lugs and splices. Combination crimping dies may be used on insulated solderless terminals. 1 wire cutter at tip and 1 wire cutter located in near the stripping holes. Bolt shears cut 4-40, 5-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, and 10-32 bolts. Strips No. 10 to 22 AWG stranded wire. Black oxide finish with etched markings. Plastic cushion-grip handles for comfort.
